Thus, in 2023 (when warranties had expired) I paid $300 for factory repair. Recently when the aids stopped working she said it would be $500 to repair one & had to replace the other. I am 77yrs old & on SS, so went home & did basic cleaning under a magnifying glass\u2026 both are now working !! ??? Guess I was too trusting & of her expertise assumed she was correct\u2026..I did not buy the very expensive replacements & ended my affiliation with them.",

Well I was told it would be $2000.00 deductible. Ever felt you were being scammed. The hearing aids were suppose to be insured and there was no mention of the ripe off deductible of $2000.00 which I doubt the hearing aids cost. I was lied to by being told we had insurance and no mention that the deductible was more than the real cost of the hearing aid. I would NEVER use audibel again. Once ripped off is enough. IT IS NOT AS IF THE HEARING AIDS EVER WORKED WELL TO START WITH.\nCHOOSE ANOTHER HEARING AID DEALER.\nI also asked for Starkey hearing aids specifically and was given Audibel hearing aids. They say they are the same but to me it is like getting a generic drug for the Brand. They did not work and they are scammers telling you have insurance but not telling you the deductible is $2000.00. I was robbed and the hearing aids did not work for me.",

"text": "I have been going to Audibel Covington for a long time and I am extremely disappointed in theri customer service. I have internal hearing aids which have a small pull tabs which is basically fishing line. Over the years these pieces break or come out and it is really a very easy fix. Traditionally I will drop off and it is done in a day. It is some simple and not time consuming. Well this time they told me they would have to be sent to Baton Rouge because they did not have the tools. It would take a few days. Ok well a couple of days took two weeks. I called them three times because no one bothered to keep me updated. Two weeks is a long time to go without hearing aids. I think Audibel can do better than this.",
